Ingredients

: 2 - Pillsbury® Place 'n Bake® Refrigerated Crescent Rounds 8 oz (8 ct)

: butter flavored cooking spray

15.5: oz can of candied sweet potatoes

1/4: tsp ground cinnamon

64: minature marshmallows

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2 Place cresent rounds 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
3 Spray the bottom of a rounded bottom tbl. measure with cooking spray.
4 Use bottom of spoon to make tbl.sized indentations in each crescent round. Respray spoon as needed.
5 Drain candied sweet potatoes and place them in a food processor with cinnamon. Process until mixture is smooth.
6 Place 1 level tbl. of the sweet potato mixture into the indentation in each crescent round.
7 Bake in 375 degree oven 12-14 minutes or until crescent rounds are golden brown.
8 Remove pan from oven, top each mound of sweet potatoes with 4 marshmallows.
9 Place under broiler for about 1 minute or until marshmallows are browned and slightly melted.
10 Remove from broiler and allow rounds to cool for 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.

When making indentations in the rounds, hold the seam on the side gently with your finger so it does not unroll. You can substitute left over sweet potato casserole or mashed sweet potatoes for the canned sweet potato mixture.
