Ingredients

Instructions

  • Step
    1
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef 5 to 6 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stir cheese into beef mixture in skillet.
  • Step
    2
Meanwhile, cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. On parchment in air fryer basket, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form 2-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like a sun.
  • Step
    3
Spoon beef mixture on the half of each triangle closest to center of ring.
  • Step
    4
Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling might show a little).
  • Step
    5
Set air fryer to 325°F; cook 8 to 9 minutes or until top of dough is golden brown. Place a large plate over air fryer basket, and invert. Discard parchment paper.
  • Step
    6
Carefully slide crescent ring back into air fryer basket, bottom side up. Cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or until top of dough is golden brown. Place large plate over air fryer basket, and invert. Remove from air fryer. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
