Two of your favorite foods come together in one amazing dinner: Buffalo chicken pizza! All the game day flavors you love are here: spicy Buffalo sauce to bring some heat, with celery, blue cheese and ranch dressing to cool everything down. Cut it into small slices for an easy potluck appetizer, or serve it as-is for a fast dinner no one will be able to resist. (Tip: Choose a mild Buffalo sauce if you'll be serving this to kids or Midwesterners.)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup), if desired
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

    Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.

    Spread 1/4 cup of the Buffalo wing sauce to within 1/2 inch of edges of dough. In medium bowl, mix chicken, celery, onion and remaining Buffalo wing sauce. Spoon evenly over crust. Sprinkle with blue cheese and Colby-Monterey Jack cheese.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with ranch dressing.
