Apple rings are topped with peanut butter and your favorite flavor of Chex™ cereal to add delicious crunch to this fun after-school snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apple
  • 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chex™, Cinnamon Chex™, Blueberry Chex™ or Honey Nut Chex™ cereal

Steps

    Core apples, and cut into 1/2-inch rings, trimming both ends from apple. Spread peanut butter onto one side of each apple ring, and top with cereal. Serve immediately.

    Instead of peanut butter, top apples with Nutella™ hazelnut spread with cocoa or another nut butter.
