Monster cookies get a delicious upgrade in this recipe. All it takes to make these peanut butter chocolate cookie sandwiches is three simple ingredients and a desire to have some fun in the kitchen!     Heat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies as directed on package. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    In small bowl, stir frosting and peanut butter until well mixed.

    For each sandwich cookie, spread 2 tablespoons frosting mixture on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; press together gently. Store loosely covered at room temperature, up to 1 week.
