Pork Chops and Apples with Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1 jar (12 oz) pork gravy
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lb)
  • 1 medium red apple, sliced

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 12x8- or 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place stuffing cubes in dish; stir in gravy.

    Top with onion, pork chops and apple. Cover with foil.

    Bake 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink in center.
