Turkey Brats with Potatoes and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb small red potatoes (12 small)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package (19.5 oz) uncooked turkey bratwurst
  • 1 can (15 or 16 oz) sauerkraut, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed

Instructions

    Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into eighths; place in cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place bratwurst on potatoes. Top with sauerkraut. Sprinkle with caraway seed.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.

    Remove bratwurst, potatoes and sauerkraut from cooker with slotted spoon.
