Classic Waldorf salad gets classed up with chicken and transformed into a sandwich.

Ingredients

cups chopped cooked chicken

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Steps

  • 1 In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and lettuce; mix well.
  • 2 Spread about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each of 4 bread slices. Top each with lettuce leaf. Cover with remaining bread slices.
